Big Heart Event Rentals collects the information you give us through our website forms, email, phone or text: your name, email, phone number, event date, event address, and rental details. We use it only to respond to your inquiry, quote, schedule and deliver your rental, and communicate with you about your order.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers we use to run our business (such as our website host and email provider), or when required by law.

We may use automated tools to help organize inquiries and prepare replies, but all responses are reviewed by our team before they’re sent.

To ask us to update or delete your information, contact us at bighearteventrentals@gmail.com.
